This is truly the best apartment I’ve lived in. I’ve lived all over the US but ended up back in Lakeland. The community itself is amazing. The majority of the neighbors know each other and speak to one another. Everyone is so loving. Now for the apartment itself, I moved into these apartments after living in ones that didn’t have great lighting. The natural lighting at Valencia at the parks is amazing. My home always feels bright. My apartment is 609sqft which is small but the fact It is downtown means I am in rolling distance of so Many things! If you open your window you can hear the kids at the park laughing and having a great time. I have a 1/1 and I’m a wheelchair user. I fit everywhere in my home with no issues the open concept is a a plus. They also have townhomes which are very nice on the 2nd and 3rd floor The Christmas parade passes directly I front of my patio & honestly the area feels very very cozy & safe. Being near the fire station & the police department is definitely a plus!! If you ever see something a for rent sign call the number and check them out

We’ve been living at Valencia at the Park and absolutely love it! We can't imagine ever leaving. The location is perfect for us. Everything we need is within walking distance, which makes weekend errands and grabbing a bite to eat so convenient. We also really love the apartment layout; the space is designed well and feels like home. It’s rare to find a place that combines a great floor plan with such a walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I love the location and the community we have here! We have wonderful neighbors who were lucky to call friends. The staff is easy to deal with and helpful when needed. I’m extremely pleased with this place!

Have lived here for a year now coming from owning a home to an apartment was hard but living at Valencia had been great!

The Valencia at the Park apartments are absolutely amazing, especially for watching the Christmas Parade without having to set out your chairs on the sidewalk. These two-story townhouses are on the second and third floor of the apartment building and have their own private entrance, assigned parking, and a gorgeous view of Barnett Park. They even have EV charging stations. The balcony off of the livingroom was large enough for our entire family (5 adults and 3 kids) to all be outside together, and I felt so comfortable letting my grandbabies (2, 3, & 5) play around out there while we all enjoyed the parade. The apartment has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with the living space (livingroom, dining room, kitchen, and half bath) on the second floor and the two bedrooms, two full baths, and laundry area on the third floor. One bedroom looks north, out over Barnett Park, and the other bedroom looks to the south, over the parking lot and historic homes. I watched Santa from the front bedroom window as he rode his sleigh up Orange Street, bringing Christmas officially to Lakeland. The fireworks show at the beginning of the parade was amazing from the second floor patio too. I can't wait to see the Red, White, and Kaboom Independence Day fireworks from the apartments as well, and listen to all of the concerts in the park from the balcony. City living from the comfort of home. Barnett Park offers a toddler park area as well as a big kid playground, and a bistro where you can enjoy lunch inside or outdoors while overlooking Lake Mirror. Kentucky Avenue with all of the city nightlife is literally just across the lake, so you can walk to all of the events like First Friday and the Farmer's Market. This is definitely the most amazing location to live in the city. Close to everything. Lots of space. Great views, and fabulous entertainment from your front balcony.

I was in Lakeland visiting a friend who is looking to move and tagged along with them for a tour of these apartments. Matt gave us a tour of the two bedroom unit. They are large! Over 1,200 square feet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and they overlook the park. Definitely one of the top choices for my friend.

What a great location! My friend found these apartments in downtown Lakeland across from the park. It's downtown, but in a neighborhood which makes it feel cozy.

Moving from Texas, I had several questions and concerns, but Isaiah was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. He provided detailed information about the apartments, the surrounding area, and made sure all my needs were addressed. His professionalism and personal touch made the transition smoother, and I feel confident about my move, knowing there’s someone like him managing the community.

The apartments are beautiful, our son is moving from Nashville Tennessee and is looking forward to living here! Isaiah has been great to work with! Perfect downtown location, walking distance to all the great Restaurants, Businesses, activities and entertainment! Reserved parking space out back with secure Amazon package lockers! Everyone is so friendly! Moving in tomorrow!

Wow! These look amazing. I love the look of the whole little community. Very charming. The manager was also very nice and extremely helpful. I'll come back in April!
